I frequent this hotel monthly for meetings in Pensacola for my work and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff are always courteous and when you walk in it smells wonderful in the lobby. The rooms are always very clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Remember to thank the breakfast staff, they get up extra early to take care of you! 💛
Accommodations were great. Easy check-in and friendly service. The beds were uncomfortable compared to other marriott hotels I've stayed at across the States. Love the separation of the living room and beds.The rooms were clean and of course something I always liked was the water pressure. I also used the gym and the facilities were good. Easy to get a workout in. I love staying at the Marriott brand hotels. I gotta keep my status up.
We were in town for a club soccer tournament 2/11-13. This was the cleanest and friendliest staff we’ve encountered of any hotels we’ve stayed at at this price point. The cleanliness I could compare to many of the high end hotels and resorts we have stayed at. The staff was friendly and receptive. Great place

First time I've stayed here and was very pleased with the room. Bed was extremely comfortable, had everything we needed, from work area with desk and chair, sitting area with comfortable couch. Shower had the most wonderful brand of shampoo, conditioner and body wash which I wish I could find and purchase. Will definitely stay here again!
Check in was quick and easy. Lobby is spacious. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was busy but decent for lounging in the water or in a chair. I used the workout facility which is small but I was able to get a sweat. We did not have the breakfast in the morning because we were told it started at 6:30am, but due to it being a holiday, it actually wasn't going to be set up until 7am. We had a timeline, so we left to eat elsewhere. Overall, a good stay and would overnight here again.
